At DMD, I stand behind my products, my service, and my customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact me, Melissa Murray, at melissa@shopdoublemdesign.com. I will be happy to replace the product with another selection, as long as:
- The item is in the original condition.
- The item is returned within 15 days of shipment.
- The item is returned via UPS or FedEx or USPS.
If your jewelry item breaks, or is delivered damaged, please return the piece to me and I will fix it at no additional cost.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Worn or damaged pieces cannot be returned for exchange. Sale items are considered final sales and also cannot be returned.
For your security, please return your purchase with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. DMD is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
